29 weeks!

Quick update - everything looked great this morning. My cervix is holding steady...no change from last week which is wonderful. I have to admit I was a little worried about it with all of my weekend excitement and just feeling heavier. The babies look wonderful; all of their organs look great and they are moving around like crazy. I think BBF (baby boy fowler) got a little jealous when I was talking about his sister's (BGF) strong kicks because he kicked so hard during the sonogram that the sonographer had to stop and laugh. We'll get weights next week.

I am supposed to be laying on my side most of the time, preferably my left side. However, I'm having to shift quite a bit. When I'm on my left side, I feel like BGF is trying to let me know that I'm squishing her; it feels like she's trying to punch her way out. Then I roll to my right side and BBF's head moves up under my ribs and that does not feel very pleasant. I have about 8 more weeks of this, so I'm sure it will just get more interesting the bigger they get!

Random observation: I go through the NICU hallways on my way to the doctor each Wednesday morning and I have yet to see anyone other than staff. It makes the place seem so mysterious; the elevators are right outside the obby door so you'd think I would see someone. I'm sure it will all make sense when we take our tour (which I still need to schedule). Hopefully that is the only time we spend in that area! Also, the pink bear balloon is still stuck to the ceiling on the third floor.
